Shipping: All items are available for pick-up at our store location in Platte City, MO or can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail/Parcel Post. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the checkout process based on item weight and preferred shipping method. Furniture and some other large items are available for in-store pick-up only.

Shipping Insurance: Shipping insurance is optional. If desired, it can be purchased by clicking the "Shipping Insurance" tab in the "Categories" menu and selecting the appropriate coverage amount. We apologize that the shipping insurance option is not integrated into the checkout process, but at this time our system simply doesn't support it.

Money-Back Guarantee: All sales are final; however, we stand by our merchandise. If you find that an item is not as represented, contact us immediately with an explanation of the problem. Contact should be made within 3 business days of receiving merchandise. Any stickers, tags, labels, etc. should not be removed.
